Mr. Dinkins is co-owner of Dinkins Biological Consulting, LLC (DBC) and is the curator of the malacological collection at the McClung Museum, University of Tennessee. He has 35 year of experience initiating, designing, and conducting studies on aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. Mr. Dinkins has experience in the public and private sectors, as well as academia, and has assisted legal counsel with preparation of expert witness testimony regarding ecological issues. Mr. Dinkins currently holds a Federal Fish and Wildlife Permit to conduct surveys for and translocation of threatened and endangered fish, mussels and aquatic snails.
